Tommy Kahnle RP, NYY , '17 $500,000 '18 $552,000
Christin Stewart OF Det Prospect
Lucius Fox = SS TB Prospect
LA Reds send

David Freese - 3b/1B, PIT '17 $1,500,000 '18 $1,500,000'19 $1,500,000
Santiago Casilla - RP, OAK, '17 $750,000 '18 $1,750,000
The LA Reds Agree to this trade. With Hamilton in this deal, I thought long and hard about this as he is definitely a game changer in this type of format. I had received lots of offers for Hamilton over the last year from Henry and others. I felt this one turned into the best of the bunch as I get a low cost controlled power bat that I can use immediately, a power bat that could be up as soon as next year and a kid with a lot of tools who played along some greats in this year's futures game. Of all the trades I've made, I'll be watching this one more than any other hoping not to have buyers remorse. Good Luck Henry to both being a proud new Dad and to your pursuit of Dynasty glory.

Minnesota agree. Really enjoyable chat with Sam after I came to him again asking about Billy H. [And by the way thanks for the well wishes on the little one - I'm hoping she can maybe inherit the MinRox one day, or maybe get a franchise of her own!]
Billy is a unique asset in this day and age, and even though I love what Alonso is doing and I think he is a plus 1B, and I have to give up two good prospects and Kahnle, the value of a guy like Billy to me right now is very high. Freese works well as a utility player and backup 1B in case Thames gets hurt again, and in Casilla I've got some dirty saves, hedged (I think) with Treinen. Best of luck to Sam and I really hope Stewart and Fox work out for him, and that Yonder keeps doing what he is doing.
Edit: Yonder Salary actually 17: $4M, 18-20: $2.48M

This deal cannot be approved until Alonso's salary is fixed and both parties agree to the change. I don't know if it works salary-wise for LA.
Minnesota signed Alonso to a FA contract back on May 6. I don't know where this other contract info that's listed comes from.
Minnesota Rockies sign: Yonder Alonso 1B OAK - 4 years, $11.44M (AAS $2.86M) 17: $4M, 18-20: $2.48M
